At MOQO, I am working in a lean and agile environment in Product Development and Research, and Content Marketing and Research. Primarily, I am leading participant coordination, designing studies and surveys, assessing data, solving complex user problems by prototyping solutions using Adobe XD, Google Analytics and Hotjar. This is an assortment of only a few issues that I have solved with my team.
Key Findings Q3 UX
- Ambivalence of meanings and icons should be accounted for. What does 56% next to a battery symbol means to users? What’s the reach of 56%?
- Users don’t like reading text! They approve being guided by animations.
- We should be aware of user’s mental models of current sharing offers as they usually apply the knowledge to our services, e.g. to Carpooling.

Usability testing proves again how valuable external feedback is. We have uncovered a great number of
issues prior to the release of a feature. With that, we minimized the risk of losing customers to bad user
experience.
